By accessing or using the OCS Engine website, services, and Shopify applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Important: If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

OCS Engine provides Shopify applications and related services designed to help e-commerce merchants improve their online stores. Our Services include:

Shopify applications available through the Shopify App Store

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your personal or business purposes in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.

You May:

Use our apps on your Shopify store
Access documentation and support
Configure apps according to your needs
Receive updates and new features

You May Not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our software
Reverse engineer or decompile our apps
Resell or sublicense our Services
Remove proprietary notices or labels
Use our Services for illegal purposes
Interfere with or disrupt our Services

4. User Accounts

When you install our apps through Shopify, your account information is managed through the Shopify platform. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
All activities that occur under your account
Keeping your contact information up to date
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Payments and Billing

Some of our Services require payment. All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's terms and conditions.

Subscription Plans

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain apps. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are the exclusive property of OCS Engine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide through our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

Our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
Our Services will meet your specific requirements
Results obtained from using our Services will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCS Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Cost of substitute services
Any other intangible losses

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

Your right to use our Services will immediately cease
You must uninstall any apps from your Shopify store
We may delete your data after a reasonable period
Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by uninstalling our apps from your Shopify store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
